The 8 Week coaching plan is a video call before you start, to tailor the advice to your circumstances, three during the 28 day plan and four after to check that the habits have formed.
Includes all the PDF’s for the complete plan plus 8 weekly sessions of up to an hour personal coaching.
NOTE the plan includes meat, fish and dairy, there are vegetarian and allergen options, but being a meat eater will mean you find the most benefit.
You will have 8 weekly sessions of up to an hour personal coaching video meetings with Natasha to check in, ask questions and understand how your body is working with the changes.

It swaps foods that contribute to illness by raising your insulin level, for foods that rebuild the body and boost the immune system for long term health backed up by ongoing scientific discoveries.

You will receive a PDF of the complete plan booklet* giving you all the background information and plan outline plus the 28 daily menu pack with recipe links, to taper cravings and rewrite your food habits. A back up zip file is available on request but only to the email used during payment.
Additional to the coaching sessions you will have email/messaging communication with Natasha Hodge during the plan.
Your first coaching session will be before you start the plan. Emails/messages will be answered within 24 hours or less.
