Spring onion and tomato salsa

Great accompaniment. Fresh and zingy. Add some chopped chilli for extra kick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch spring onions trimmed and finely sliced
  • 100 g cherry or baby plum tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tbs chopped coriander
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • Combine everything in a small bowl.
