Coconut cups

Sweet and moreish, these are a great alternative to a traditional macaroon. Super easy too.

Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 12 bun size

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g homemade condensed coconut milk see recipe
  • 125 g shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 160 fan, 180 electric or Gas 4.
  • Mix the ingredients together.
  • Arrange bun cases in a bun pan and divide mixture between them.
  • Bake for 20 mins until golden.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
