BBQ sauce

This takes minutes to knock up with a bit of a kick! Still has a fairly hefty glucose level, so use sparingly.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbs homemade tomato see recipe below
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbs rice syrup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce gluten free
  • 2 tsp tamari wheat free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Franks extra hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a small bowl or ramekin, and stir until smooth.
