Whole green olives in tomato sauce

Olive and tomato sauce

This is a fast food. From jars and packets, you can knock it up in 10 minutes. Serve with rice, gf pasta or if you have more time the quinoa Arancini. See recipe below. For a more refined look chop the olives first.

Total Time 12 minutes
Servings 4 as a sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar green olives drained
  • 500 ml passata
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic crushed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the olive oil in a pan first. Add everything else on top. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
