Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Mix roughly.
Microwave again for 40-50 seconds.
Mix until smooth.
Add ground almonds, baking powder and egg.
Mix thoroughly. Use your hand if necessary.
Divide into 8 with scissors.
Roll into bowls and then flatten slightly on a plate.
Put an indentation in the centre of each.
Put a teaspoon of garlic and herb cream cheese in each indentation.
Close the ball up, encasing the cream cheese.
In a small bowl, separate an egg and discard the yolk.
Add a tbsp of water to the white. Beat until combined.
Put the grated Parmesan in another bowl.
In turn, coat each ball with egg white wash and parmesan.
Place in the air fryer on 180℃ for 15 minutes. Or cook in a preheated oven on the same heat for the same amount of time.
