Best ever air fryer low carb keto garlic cream cheese dough balls

Ingredients
- 180 g grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 80 g ground almonds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 40 g Parmesan finely grated
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 pack garlic and herb cream cheese e.g. Boursin
Instructions
- Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix roughly.
- Microwave again for 40-50 seconds.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add ground almonds, baking powder and egg.
- Mix thoroughly. Use your hand if necessary.
- Divide into 8 with scissors.
- Roll into bowls and then flatten slightly on a plate.
- Put an indentation in the centre of each.
- Put a teaspoon of garlic and herb cream cheese in each indentation.
- Close the ball up, encasing the cream cheese.
- In a small bowl, separate an egg and discard the yolk.
- Add a tbsp of water to the white. Beat until combined.
- Put the grated Parmesan in another bowl.
- In turn, coat each ball with egg white wash and parmesan.
- Place in the air fryer on 180℃ for 15 minutes. Or cook in a preheated oven on the same heat for the same amount of time.
