Pre heat your oven to fan 200°c, electric 220°c or gas 7.
In a bowl, mix the spices and oil together and coat the cauliflower florets thoroughly.
Pour out into a single layer on a baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once, until crisp and thoroughly cooked.
Meanwhile mash the avocado with the lime juice. Add the creme fraiche and season to taste.
Heat a dry frying pan until smoking hot and flash fry the tacos. Keep warm on a plate until ready to serve.
Serve with grated cheese, sliced red onion, salsa (recipe link below) and extra creme fraiche.
