Good for you chocolate mousse
It's good for you because it tastes fantastic and it also incorporates fibre to buffer the effect of the glucose in the rice syrup. It's also got to be the fastest ever dessert to make!
- Electric whisk
- 300 ml extra thick double cream
- 85 g rice malt syrup preferably Biona
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp psyllium husk powder
- Put everything in a bowl and whisk to the desired consistency.
