10 years ago I was struggling with all of the above. I really couldn’t understand why I had to return to slimming clubs more than once and all my other desperate attempts at different diets didn’t work long term.
I was confused, frustrated, overweight and in poor health when I was introduced to the then, alien concept, that what and when we eat determines our health and weight outcomes.
I had no idea at the time, that I would fall head first into a quest to find out the real reasons that current diet advice doesn’t work. In fact, it goes against what our bodies need and expect. Along the way, I was able to throw out the bathroom scales, lose all the excess weight I was carrying and feel the fittest, at 50, that I’ve ever felt.
Turns out it isn’t confusing and it isn’t hard! I want to offer that to you now.
