Best ever salad dressing Pizza Express dupe
Pizza Express do an excellent dressing but it now contains all manner of things you don't want to consume. Here is an easy alternative.
Equipment
- 1 small jar with a lid
Ingredients
- 50 g homemade mayo see recipe link in notes
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into the jar and shake vigorously.
Notes
It will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
