I’m Natasha Hodge – qualified nutritional advisor, enthusiastic cook and previously podgy person with an array of health issues.

Over the last decade I have been researching the impact of a change in diet on a variety of health issues – from weight gain to painful joints and skin conditions, through to insomnia and anxiety, and right up to diabetes and beyond!
