Basic salad dressing
You can add to this what you like. Experiment with herbs or garlic. Replace the vinegar with lemon juice. Add lemon zest. But as it is it livens up any salad. And did you know adding oil to vegetables helps you to absorb more nutrients! Win win.
- 3 tbs flaxseed oil or olive, good quality extra virgin
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Put them all together and whisk. Done.
