Sweet and moreish, these are a great alternative to a traditional macaroon. Super easy too.
- 200 g homemade condensed coconut milk see recipe
- 125 g shredded coconut
- Pre heat oven to 160 fan, 180 electric or Gas 4.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Arrange bun cases in a bun pan and divide mixture between them.
- Bake for 20 mins until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack.
