Crazy good cookies
Not only are these delicious, they have added omega 3 from the flaxseed and protein from the almond butter. And they contain no flour!
- 110 g almond butter
- 140 g dextrose
- 1 egg organic free range
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence sugar free
Maple pecan version
- Few drops maple essence
- 50 g raw pecans bagged and smashed with a rolling pin
- 4 tsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 20 g flaxseed/linseed freshly ground is best
- Pre heat the oven to 180 fan, 200 electric or Gas 6.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly. Divide into 16 balls o two baking sheets. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown or darker at the edges.
