This takes minutes to knock up with a bit of a kick! Still has a fairly hefty glucose level, so use sparingly.
- 6 tbs homemade tomato see recipe below
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbs rice syrup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce gluten free
- 2 tsp tamari wheat free soy sauce
- 1 tsp Franks extra hot sauce
- Put all the ingredients into a small bowl or ramekin, and stir until smooth.
