Variety is the spice of life.
My advice is always that what you eat is fundamental to your long term physical and emotional health.
So to keep your immune system at full strength. To combat illness you need to top up with the essential micro and macro nutrients,( basically vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and carbohydrates). It doesn’t need anything chemical, processed, fructose or gluten as these affect it adversely.
Fear not! You don’t have to measure out food, you don’t have to adopt a timetable of popping supplements.
You just need to eat as wide a range of the right foods, as colourful as possible, on a daily basis. So sorry, but Skittles don’t count.
Your amazing body will do the rest. It will take all that it requires from the food in that specific moment. So if you cover all bases it will never want for anything and nor will you on the health front!
