This is delicious as an accompaniment or on it's own as a snack. Nicely seasoned and crispy, makes it feel like a naughty treat.
- 1 whole cauliflower cut into small florets
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Pre heat the oven to 200 fan, 220 electric or Gas 7. Put the cauliflower florets onto a shallow baking tray. Sprinkle over the rest of the ingredients, season to taste. Use your hands or a spoon to cover the florets. Roast for 30 minutes or until well browned, turning halfway through cooking time.
