Coconut 'Condensed' Milk
Great with fruit, poured over gluten free pancakes, or on its own. Makes approx. 300g
- 1 can organic full fat coconut milk
- 130 g rice syrup
- Mix together in a small pan. Bring to the boil.
- Simmer uncovered over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes until reduced by half.
- Cool and store in an airtight jar the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
