
Coleslaw
All that is required is chopping and grating, with a dollop of my mayo on top, couldn't be easier.

Ingredients
- Half red or white cabbage stalk removed and finely sliced
- 1 red or white onion finely chopped
- 3 medium carrots peeled and grated
- Few spoonfuls my mayo see separate recipe
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put everything in a decent sized bowl. Season really well, then put in a couple of spoonfuls of mayo, mix and adjust mayo amount if you'd like more!
Notes
This lasts a couple of days in the fridge covered. Just give it a mix before serving again. Here is the link to the mayo recipe.
